As a body-based, trauma-informed therapist, my intention is to guide you in reconnecting with your body’s wisdom — to help you notice, understand, and shift the patterns that hold you back, whether they show up physically, emotionally, or in how you move through life.
My own journey of turning emotional pain into healing has been deeply transformative. It’s what led me here — with a heartfelt desire to support others in finding that same possibility within themselves.
