The Grinberg Method

The Grinberg Method is a body-oriented method.

Mental and emotional states as well as traumas and behavioral patterns are expressed in the body. By learning to recognize and break through these patterns you gain new options to think, deal and react in a more authentic and balanced way.​​

Who is it suitable for?

If you seek to achieve any of the following goals I'm here for you:

  • Reduce or eliminate a physical symptom.

  • Changing the way you're reacting in a specific situation/with specific people in your life.

  • Learning to use your emotions as a source of clarity and strength.

  • Dealing with recent or past trauma that still influences your well being.

  • You wish to stop a destructive habit/behavior and heal the wounds that led to this behavior. Including addictions, eating disorders and other behaviors that hurt you and your surroundings.

  • You wish to achieve a goal and find yourself stuck or lost – realizing a project, changing your job, finding a suitable partner.

  • You're experiencing recurrent unexplained mood or state of being and wish to stop it.

  • You want to heal from anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or complex PTSD.

How we work together

The process consists of a weekly one hour individual sessions, until you achieve your goals. Online sessions are possible as well, combining conversation and specific instructions to  increase body attention.

Finding your main issues

During our initial meeting, we pinpoint and discuss the primary challenges in your life, exploring your experiences, physical sensations, and their connection to your life history.

Your new tools to heal

I guide you in releasing fixed strategies, introducing new coping tools, fostering a collaborative process that involves both our energies and attention.

Setting your goals

 We establish goals for the process and then focus on raising awareness about the subject in the subsequent weeks, exploring how it manifests in your daily life and within your body.

Your space

Through the process, you discover a safe and empathetic space to fully express the range of human experience while encouraged to broaden your perception and surpass your own limits.
